Christopher Allen Benefield, white male, arrested on charges of DWI-with child under 15 years of age, by San Augustine County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Miguel Gomez, hispanic male, arrested on charges of assault family/household member-impeding breath/circulation, attempted sexual assault, by San Augustine Police Department. He remains in jail.
