Melvin Ray Jenkins, black male, arrested on charges of DWI-driving while intoxicated, by San Augustine Police Department. He remains in jail.
Colton Wayne Loggins, white male, arrested on charges of aggravated assault serious bodily injury, by San Augustine Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
