Caleb Lamar Norton, white male, arrested on charges of warrant-Shelby County, by Texas Department of Public Safety. He remains in jail.
Shavondra Nickole Simmons, black female, arrested on charges of failure to appear, by San Augustine County Sheriff's Office. She remains in jail.
