Bobby Ray Tanner Jr., black male, arrested on charges of robbery, violence of emergency management plan, by San Augustine Police Department. He remains in jail.
Marcus Jerome Davis, black male, arrested on charges of public intoxication, by San Augustine Police Department. He remains in jail.
