Dana Lynn Lavergne, white female, arrested on charges of public intoxication, by San Augustine County Sheriff's Office. She remains in jail.
David Earl Whitehead, hispanic male, arrested on charges of delivery of controlled substance, warrant-murder, by San Augustine County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
