Jeremy Dillon Spencer, white male, arrested on charges of parole violation, by San Augustine County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Russell Wondale Harvey Jr., white male, arrested on charges of warrant/evading arrest/detection with watercraft, Angelina County warrant-dangerous drugs, by San Augustine County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
