Chirstopher Jerroid Garner, black, male, 26. Arrested on charges of SPSO warrant-FTA for arraignment, disturbing the peace. Arrested by SPSO, he remains in jail.
Latoria Deanna Neal, black, female, 43. Arrested on charges of SPSO warrant-FTA for arraignment, illegal window tint, DUS. Arrested by MPD, she remains in jail.
Percy Bernard Willis, black, male, 55. Arrested on charges of aggravated assault, cruelty to juveniles. Arrested by MPD, he remains in jail.
Jason Emory Lucius, white, male, 49. Arrested on charges of violation of protective orders. Arrested by SPSO, he remains in jail.
