Royshun Avair Newton, black, male, 36. Arrested on charges of US. District Court Eastern Texas warrant-poss with intent to distribute and distribution of a controlled substance. Arrested by SPSO, he remains in jail.
Patrick Oneal Brooks, black, male, 49. Arrested on charges of criminal trespass, DTP by intoxication. Arrested by SPSO, he remains in jail.
David Michael Moore, white, male, 30. Arrested on charges of Violation of protective orders, domestic abuse (child endangerment). Arrested by FPD, he remains in jail.
