Eugene Patrick Kavanagh, white, male, 57. Arrested on charges of 4 United States District Court, western district of LA for poss with intent to distribute meth, distribution of meth, poss of firearm in furtherance of drug trafficking, poss of firearms by felon. Arrested by SPSO, he remains in jail.
