Robert Dewayne Montgomery, black, male, 24. Arrested on charges of ZPD warrant speeding, flight from an officer. Arrested by SPSO, he remains in jail.
Marian Amanda Linhart, white, female, 38. Arrested on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated 2nd offense. Arrested by SPSO, she remains in jail.
