Birce Samuel Foy, white, male, 18. Arrested on charges of SPSO warrant-terrorizing, SPSO warrant-theft of a firearm. Arrested by SPSO, he remains in jail.
Savannah Lynn Anderson, white, female, 38. Arrested on charges of SPSO warrant-FTA for Arriagnment-DTP' Arrested by SPSO, she remains in jail.
