Dwayne Franklin Brackett, white, male, 38. Arrested on charges of entry or remaining after being forbidden. Arrested by SPSO, he has been released on bond.
Caresia Lincoln, black, female, 48. Arrested on charges of DUT, no insurance, license plate, light red. Arrested by MPD, she remains in jail.
