Nicholas Darnell Brumfield, black, male, 44. Arrested on charges of FTA for status conference CADA, poss of sch 2. Arrested by MPD, he remains in jail.
Colby Shane Procell, white, male, 22. Arrested on charges of FTA for arraignment- no taillights, DUS. Arrested by CPD, he remains in jail.
