Latha Joe Pegues, black male, 37, arrested on charges of Zwolle Police Department, cyberstalking, peeping tom, remaining after being forbidden, by Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Corey Gosey, black male, 31, arrested on charges of US Fire Marshall warrant for simple arson, by Louisiana State Fire Marshall. He remains in jail.
