Larry Wayne Dowden, white male, 56, arrested on charges of unauthorized use of motor vehicle, no safety helmet, all drivers must secure license, by Converse Police Department. He remains in jail.
Jason Michael Stocking, white male, 41, arrested on charges of failure to appear for status hearing, by Sabine Parish Sheriff's office. He remains in jail.
