Nicole Ashley bell Ballard, white, female, 32. Arrested on charges of SPSO warrant for theft over $5,000. Arrested by SPSO, she remains in jail.
Richard Harton, black, male, 56. Arrested on charges of SPSO warrant for FTA jury trial for simple burglary. Arrested by SPSO, he remains in jail.
