Connie Lou Pennington, white female, 56, arrested on charges of disturbing the peace by intoxication, by Pleasant Hill Police Department. He remains in jail.
Betty Joe Carlisle, white female, no age reported, arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule III, possession of marijuana, cruelty to juveniles, no headlight, by Many Police Department. She remains in jail.
