Alonzo Lee Mullen, black male, 21, arrested on charges of failure to appear wildlife warrant for angling without a license, failure to appear warrant for status hearing for resisting an officer, failure to appear warrant for status hearing for possession of schedule I, failure to appear warrant for status hearing for possession of schedule IV, warrant for state probation violation, by Zwolle Police Department.
