Cassie F. Lowning, white female, 34, arrested on charges of simple battery, disturbing the peace by fighting, by Zwolle Police Department. She bonded.
Kevin Hall Dubose, white male, 39, arrested on charges of Woodworth Police Department warrant for license plate expired, vehicle registration required, open container (alcohol), by Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
