Bryre Allan Sepulvado, black, male, 20. Arrested on charges of illegal carrying of weapons and SPSO warrant for home invasion, and second-degree battery. Arrested by SPSO, he remains in jail.
Dontay Mitchell, black, male, 23. Arrested on charges of unauthorized use of access card as theft, terrorizing, telephone harassment, and a Florien PD warrant for speeding. Arrested by MPD, he remains in jail.
