Gary Wayne Hicks, black male, 39, arrested on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated-first offense, possession of alcoholic beverages in motor vehicle, careless operation, by Many Police Department. He bonded.
Michael Shedrick Lynch, black male, 25, arrested on charges of possession of schedule I with intent to distribute-marijuana, possession of schedule I with intent to distribute-ecstasy, possession of drug paraphernalia, by Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Jeannie Marie Campbell, white female, 43, arrested on charges of possession of controlled dangerous substance schedule II, possession of drug paraphernalia, by Many Police Department. She remains in jail.
