Sarah Elizabeth Rachal, white female, 27, arrested on charges of 3 counts Mansfield bench warrants, by Zwolle Police Department. She remains in jail.
Alva Lee Smith, black male, 21, arrested on charges of possession of firearm by a person covicted of certain felonies, possession or dealing in unregistered or illegally transferred weapons, possession of 15.5 inch shotgun "sawed off", by Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
