Kendarius Tarvonne Manuel, black male, 24, arrested on charges of domestic abuse battery, by Many Police Department. He remains in jail.
Makala Dwanne Stills, black female, 22, arrested on charges of false imprisonment, simple battery, resisting an officer, resisting during the booking process, by Many Police Department. She remains in jail.
