Kyle Russell Rivers, white male, 37, arrested on charges of disturbing the peace (loud and profane language), 4 counts resisting an officer, by Zwolle Police Department. He remains in jail.
Damien D. Wiggins, black male, 24, arrested on charges of possession of firearm or carrying a concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies, possession of drug paraphernalia, no arresting agency or disposition was reported.
