Martin Wesley Nugent Jr., white male, 53, arrested on charges of Sabine Parish warrant for failure of sex offender to report change of address, by Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Michael Ryan Ezernack, white male, 30, arrested on charges of contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile, by Zwolle Police Department. He remains in jail.
