She bonded.
Amanda Riggins, white female, 37, arrested on charges of careless operation, possession of alcoholic beverages in motor vehicle, DWI, by Louisiana State Police. He bonded.
Marquita Epps, black female, 30, arrested on charges of Many Police Department warrants for simple battery, simple criminal damage to property, home invasion, by Many Police Department. He remains in jail.
