Jamie Collier, black male, 42, arrested on charges of Many warrant for theft of $540 cash, Zwolle warrant for theft over $1000, by Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Heather Manshack, white female, 36, arrested on charges of entry or remaining in place or on land after being forbidden, simple battery, simple assault, by Converse Police Department. She remains in jail.
