Cory Lavance Garner, black male, 35, arrested on charges of 1 Many Police Department warrant for possession of marijuana and operating vehicle with suspended license, charges of home invasion, violation of protective order, resisting by flight, switched plates, driving while suspended, driving without insurance, resisting with force, by Many Police Department. He remains in jail.
