He remains in jail.
Juston Kyle Tolley, white male, 34, arrested on charges of domestic abuse battery, by Converse Police Department. He remains in jail.
Kimberly A. Scott, black female, 31, arrested on charges of no insurance, signal lamps/devices, possession of legend drug, possession of schedule II, possession of marijuana, manufacture, distribute or possess with intent schedule IV, by Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office. She remains in jail.
