Matthew Kyle Castillo, white male, 38, arrested on charges of DeSoto Parish warrant for distribution of schedule II, by Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Charles Cleveland Roque III, black male, 55, arrested on charges of Natchitoches City warrant, simple possession of marijuana, Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office warrant, failure to appear for misdemeanor theft, district charges of no insurance, view obstructed, resisting by false information, possession of schedule I, open container, driving under suspension, by Many Police Department. He remains in jail.
