Manda Yvette Rivers, white female, 46, arrested on charges of disturbing the peace by intoxication, resisting an officer, by Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office. She remains in jail.
Stephanie Sepulvado, white female, 41, arrested on charges of failure to appear for arraignment-unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling, failure to appear for arraignment-aggravated assault and driving under suspension, Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office warrants, by Many Police Department. She bonded.
