Kevin Joseph DeSoto, white male, 31, arrested on charges of simple escape, by Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Stephan V. Bishop, white male, 34, arrested on charges of domestic abuse battery, by Many Police Department. He remains in jail.
