Billy Aaron Rains, white male, 28, arrested on charges of 2 Natchitoches Parish warrants, by Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Sean McManus, white male, 46, arrested on charges of domestic abuse battery, by Zwolle Police Department. He remains in jail.
