Kyle Wayne Wallace, white male, 29, arrested on charges of theft of motor vehicle, by Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Jakobe Damon Sepulvado, black male, 18, arrested on charges of Many Police Department warrant for simple criminal damage to property-2 counts, simple burglary of motor vehicle-2 counts, by Many Police Department. He remains in jail.
