Roger Dale Rutherford, white male, 27, arrested on charges of Many Police Department warrant for fraud acquisition of a credit card, probation warrant, by Converse Police Department. He remains in jail.
Pquawn Perez Moore, black male, no age reported, arrested on charges of Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office warrant for distribution of schedule II (meth) 2 counts, by Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
