Rivers, white male, 19, arrested on charges of modification of exhaust system, expired vehicle registration, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule I with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of schedule II (meth), possession of firearm while in possession of controlled dangerous substance, by Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
