Brandon James Jackson, 32, arrested on charges of simple obstruction of a highway, driver must be licensed, possession of schedule I, possession of schedule II, Jefferson Parish warrant for possession of marijuana, less than 14 grams, by Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
