Justin Devon Holden, black male, 31, arrested on charges of failure to appear domestic abuse battery (domestic violence act), by Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Tavaris Smith, black male, 19, arrested on charges of illegal carry of weapons (2), resisting an officer, contraband in penal institutions, possession of schedule I, by Many Police Department. He remains in jail.
