Chester Wayne Sepulvado Jr., white male, 36, arrested on charges of domestic abuse battery with strangulation, by Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Early Edward Wolf, black male, 29, arrested on charges of disturbing the peace by intoxication, by Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
