Jarvarius Jamal Holden, black male, 23, arrested on charges of possession of schedule I, possession of schedule II, motor vehicle liability proof, speeding, Many Police Department warrant for no drivers license, by Many Police Department. He remains in jail.
Tony Ray Parker, white male, 51, arrested on charges of open container, switched plates, no proof of insurance, DWI-first offense, by Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
