Ronald Lynn Graves, white male, 64, arrested on charges of Vernon Parish Sheriff's Office warrant for DWI-second offense, 2nd degree vehicular negligent injury-2 counts, one way roadways and rotary traffic islands, seatbelt violation, by Louisiana State Police. He remains in jail.
Robert Shane Fortner, white male, 45, arrested on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated-1st offense, possession of alcoholic beverages in motor vehicles, by Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
