Chad Caballero, hispanic male, 26, arrested on charges of disturbing the peace, resisting an officer, interfering with police investigation, public intimidation, by Fisher Police Department. He remains in jail.
Angel Caballero, hispanic female, 22, arrested on charges of disturbing the peace by intoxication, disturbing the peace by loud profane language, resisting an officer, by Fisher Police Department. She remains in jail.
