Andrew Thomas Black, white male, 35, arrested on charges of speeding, driving under suspension, no proof of insurance, possession of alcoholic beverage in vehicle, resisting an officer, 2 counts of battery of a police officer, simple criminal damage to property, by Many Police Department and Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
