Jessie Allen Waddle, white male, 24, arrested on charges of driving left of center, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule II, by Zwolle Police Department. She remains in jail.
Kimberly Schoth, white female, 51, arrested on charges of disturbing the peace by loud and profane language, by Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office. She remains in jail.
