James Parker. Arrested on charges of obscenity, resisting an officer. Arrested by LPD, they remain in jail.
Keneth Smith. Arrested on charges of DWI, driving on the shoulder, open container. Arrested by LSP, they remain in jail.
Pedro Cestelion. Arrested on charges of DWI, no DL on person, improper lane usage. Arrested by LSP, they remain in jail.
William Hickmen. Arrested on charges of 2nd degree battery, simple battery, contempt of court warrant. Arrested by LPD, they remain in jail.
