Bryan Keith Owens, white male, 41, arrested on charges of Many Police Department warrant for threatening a public official, terrorizing, by Many Police Department. He remains in jail.
Nikita Necole Montgomery, black female, no age reported, arrested on charges of possession of schedule IV, by Zwolle Police Department. She remains in jail.
