Janice Fuller Randow, white female, 66, arrested on charges of DWI-first offense, by Many Police Department. She bonded.
Louis Clayton Rutan, white male, 47, arrested on charges of failure to pay child support-for Bienville Parish, by Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
