Jeremie Jacob Ryan, white male, 48, arrested on charges of theft over $1000, by Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office. He bonded.
Peggy Garrett, white female, 45, arrested on charges of failure to appear for status hearing-no child restraint, by Zwolle Police Department. She remains in jail.
