David Cardero Kimbrough, black male, 32, arrested on charges of Zwolle Police Department warrant for second degree battery, by Zwolle Police Department. He remains in jail.
Quacie Delmanique Allen Kerelegon, black male, 19, arrested on charges of Louisiana State Police warrant for sexual battery, second degree kidnapping, by Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
