Dawson Reed Snider, white male, 19, arrested on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated-first offense, vehicular negligent injuring, by Louisiana State Police. He bonded.
Gerald Wayne Foster, white male, 58, arrested on charges of Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office warrant for theft of a motor vehicle, illegal possession of stolen things less than $5000, by Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
